After singing autographs and taking pictures with hundreds of fans, here’s what the 24-year-old fashion designer opened up to JustJared.com about: JJ: How have the people you have worked with over the years influenced the creation of your fashion line, like Kelly Cutrone and Diane Von Furstenberg? WP: They have influenced it a lot. With Diane, it was huge for me because she designs for the everyday woman, she really keeps every body size and type of personality in mind. I really learned that I need to look out for that. With Kelly, from a PR standpoint, she really taught me to narrow it down to who my audience is, who I'm designing for and to stay focused. JJ: How much creative control did you have for your line? WP: 100%! I tend to really micromanage things. If I'm investing something and I am passionate about it, then I go full force into it. While I had people helping me with the business, production and PR side of it, the design part is all me. JJ: Who are your style icons? WP: I love Keira Knightley — she dresses amazing. Anne Hathaway as well. I like Beyonce — she wears some awesome things. |

This past weekend, moviegoers feasted on Jesse’s new movie Zombieland. The horror comedy scared up $25 million in ticket sales, making it #1 at the box office. Will zombies become the new vampires??? | Nicole Richie: Car Accident Caused By Paparazzi Posted: 05 Oct 2009 03:53 PM PDT  Benji Madden comes to Nicole Richie’s rescue after she was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles on Monday (October 5). The 28-year-old star was rear-ended by paparazzi, who were later arrested and booked for being unlicensed drivers. “Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her,” said Lt. Tony Lee of the Beverly Hills Police. “She complained of pain, and her passenger is transporting her to a local hospital. Her car sustained moderate damage. | Backstreet Boys’ Brian Littrell Gets Swine Flu Posted: 05 Oct 2009 01:51 PM PDT  Backstreet Boys member Brian Litrell has been diagnosed with Swine Flu. "We were really looking forward to spending time with our closest fans and friends in NYC and take part of PINKTOBER, an unbelievable and important program," the 34-year-old singer says. "I hope we can come back soon and do everything we can to help." The other three BSB members, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and AJ McLean have seen a doctor and are not showing any symptoms. As a preventive measure, the doctor has prescribed Tamiflu to the group and their touring party, who had just returned to the states from Tokyo. As a result, BSB cancelled today's NYC PINKTOBER Hard Rock Café signing, tomorrow’s CBS Early Show performance, and the PC Richards (downtown) show. The 26-year-old British actor talked a little about being raised in a large family. Henry shared, “I grew up with four brothers, three older and one younger. There was a strong dose of healthy competition between us to get the attention of our parents.” He also talked about the English boarding school he attended in Stowe, Buckinghamshire. “I went to boarding school when I was 13,” Henry said. “The education was great but I didn’t fit in very well. I wasn’t popular. I came late in the first quarter. When I arrived, the boys had already formed their cliques. Also, I was a chubby little boy, so I was a pretty easy target for others.
