Nathan and Jessie were married in an outdoor ceremony last weekend. His Kings of Leon bandmates were there to support him, while Jessie’s famous friend from high school, Scarlett Johansson, came to watch her walk down the aisle with her sweetheart. No plans for a honeymoon have been scheduled yet…but they should really go on one and relax!

The 24-year-old Israeli model, who will serve as the new face and body for the brand, posed for these vintage-meets-right-now photos shot by NYC photographer Greg Kadel. Passionata said the photos, which put a “modern twist on the sixties,” were inspired by ’60s sex symbol Brigitte Bardot. The lingerie Bar’s wearing will be available in early 2010.

[shrug] I'm just a guy." On having a life outside acting: “Susan [Downey, his wife] and I want to begin to be in our lives as much as we are in our jobs. I'd love just to sit here and say, 'What movie's playing tonight?' I'd love to finish the new book about D-Day I'm reading. I love painting, I love music." | Jude Law: ‘Sherlock’ Won’t be A Modern Punk-Rock Version Posted: 20 Nov 2009 01:50 PM PST  Jude Law walks home from Manhattan’s East Village on Thursday (November 19). The 36-year-old actor is currently starring as the title character in a stage production of Hamlet on Broadway. The show runs until December 6 and has already made more than $2.5 million, the AP reports. Jude is also gearing up to promote Sherlock Holmes, where he’ll play Dr. Watson to Robert Downey, Jr.’s Holmes. "People think the movie is going to be, like, this modern punk-rock version where we're all wearing high-tops," Jude told EW. "It's actually more true to the books than they're guessing." Sherlock Holmes opens Christmas Day (December 25).

| ‘New Moon’ Eclipses Box Office Record Posted: 20 Nov 2009 11:50 AM PST  The Twilight Saga: New Moon pulled in a massive $26.3 million at North American box offices in midnight showings on Thursday (November 19). The previous record was set by Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which made $22.2 million in midnight screenings when it was released this past July. The vampire romance movie will rake in a total of around $100 million in its opening weekend. That’s bloody amazing! | Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Crashes, One Fatality Posted: 20 Nov 2009 07:50 AM PST  One of Miley Cyrus‘ tour buses was part of a deadly crash that took place this morning about 45 minutes south of Richmond, Virginia. The buses were on the way to Greensboro, North Carolina for a show on Sunday when one of the four vehicles in Miley’s caravan drifted off the road and overturned. One person, presumed to be the bus driver, died, while nine other people sustained minor injuries. Miley was not on board and is not on the scene of the accident, Richmond’s WTVR reports. State police said that the roads were wet from rain Thursday night but are not to blame for the crash. An investigation is underway to determine exactly why the bus drifted. “It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley’s,” her manager told TMZ. “It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew.” RIP!! |
