Posted: 27 Jul 2009 02:06 PM PDT  Mischa Barton has been released from the hospital and is recuperating after being placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold. “I can confirm that she’s left the hospital with the intention to resume production [on her new CW show The Beautiful Life],” her rep Craig Schneider tells Us Weekly. “I can tell you right now Mischa Barton is doing great,” added Ashton Kutcher, who created the model-centric drama. Producers of The Beautiful Life recently started casting to “replace” Mischa. The show is slated to premiere on Wednesday, September 16 at 9PM ET/PT on The CW. |
